The results showed that the elementary part-time administrative teachers'' job rotation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had middle level and over middle level of percept; Part of demograchic of the elementary part-time administrative teachers had significant different among job rotation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment; Among the elementary part-time administrative teachers'' job rotation, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had significant positive correlation; The elementary part-time administrative teachers'' job rotation and job satisfaction influence organizational commitment significantly.
