碩士 === 清雲科技大學 === 空間資訊與防災研究所 === 100 === This research combines the concepts of Cloud Service and Property Management, which use the Cloud technology to build up the information managing platform of dormitory, and phase the platform in one university dormitory for students testing. The dormitory managers can share news or services to students by this platform. They also can add and revise the bulletins to let all students get the important information in the quickest way by using the Cloud telecom technology service. This research uses free and fee-paying Cloud service systems to be tested in the univer-sity dormitory, then uses questionnaires to do the satisfaction investigation. According to analysis of the satisfaction, this research thinks using the free webpage system is more suit-able for the dormitory information service. After analyzing and discussing the issues and the improvements of this information system, this system can be the reference when practically implementing in dormitories.
