The interview results indicated that the different generations of bosses’ wives in the identity , stress , personal learning and development of business intelligence is indeed different .Among them, the new generation of the boss''s wives has the concept of gender equality, self work , the pursuit of job satisfaction , identity less to help the boss cause of the tendency for a temporary , but from intelligent cultivation practice and look forward to the development of personal career and the pursuit of a sense of accomplishment high recognition ; the boss''s wives of the traditional generation of identity , but also resulting in greater pressure , they are cross-cutting learning the first house of career, to help boss career development.Different generation bosses’ wives is indeed a difference in the identity , thereby bringing pressure to bear , learning and business intelligence development .
