碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 企業管理系碩士班 === 100 === This research explores how different generation bosses’ wives identify and modify themselves in order to align themselves with the development of the business of their husbands and how they start personal learning as well as cultivate their business intelligence for helping coprenerual business.The research interviews with 6 bosses’ wives in different generation for giving an insight to their identity, learning, and circumstantial stress on business intelligent development. The interview results indicated that the different generations of bosses’ wives in the identity , stress , personal learning and development of business intelligence is indeed different .Among them, the new generation of the boss''s wives has the concept of gender equality, self work , the pursuit of job satisfaction , identity less to help the boss cause of the tendency for a temporary , but from intelligent cultivation practice and look forward to the development of personal career and the pursuit of a sense of accomplishment high recognition ; the boss''s wives of the traditional generation of identity , but also resulting in greater pressure , they are cross-cutting learning the first house of career, to help boss career development.Different generation bosses’ wives is indeed a difference in the identity , thereby bringing pressure to bear , learning and business intelligence development . The results of this study may be interested in SME husband and wife entrepreneurial academics and practical reference.
