Description
Summary:碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 應用化學系碩士班 === 100 === Cephalotaxus wilsoniana Hayata was Formosan original gymnosperm. The dried stems of Cephalotaxus wilsoniana Hayata were ground and soaked in methanol at ambient temperature. The solution was drained after a 7 day soak period, the residue stems were re-soaked in methanol for 7 days, and the solution re-drained at three times during a 21 day period. The filtered methanolic extracts were combined and concentrated under reduced pressure to a viscous residue. The residue was further isolated and purified by column chromatography, thin layer chromatography and re-crystallization. Nine constituents were found and their structures were established on the basis of spectral analysis and comparison with the literature data. These compounds included three sterols:β-sitosterone ( 1 )、β-sitosterol ( 2 ) 、Stigmasterol ( 3 ) ; one Fatty acid ( 4 ) ;four aromatics:4-hydroxybenzaldehyde ( 5 )、4-hydroxy-3,5-dimethoxy benzoic acid( 6 )、 Benzoic acid ( 7 )、4-hydroxycinnamic acid ( 8 );one flavonoid: Robustaflavone ( 9 ). Among the isolated compounds, Robustaflavone ( 9 ) were the first reported in Cephalotaxus wilsoniana Hayata.
