Descriptive Statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA Analysis of Variance, Canonical Correlation Analysis, and Multiple Stepwise Regression Analysis were applied to data-analysis. Results showed that: 1. It is shown that in the organizational climate, senior high school students tended to choose “Cohesion” Different regions had significant positive effects on organizational climate. 2. It is found in the sport commitment, that the study indicated track and field athletes tended to choose “involvement alternatives and opportunity。As a result, sport commitment would be different due to the differences of the personal traits and habitual behavior. 3. The purpose of this research aimed to discuss about the organizational climate, sport commitment and athlete degree of satisfaction of track and field athletes. This research adopted the questionnaire survey method. The purposive samples were selected from the students in twelve senior high schools and senior vocational schools in Taiwan. The instrument adopted to collect the data in this study is “the questionnaire of organizational climate, sport commitment and athlete degree of satisfaction,” including the profile, organizational climate scale, sport commitment scale and athlete degree of satisfaction scale. 450 copies of students’ questionnaires were distributed and totally, 415 copies were returned. Among the 415 copies, 405 were valid. The valid questionnaires were calculated 92.20%. Descriptive Statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA Analysis of Variance, Canonical Correlation Analysis, and Multiple Stepwise Regression Analysis were applied to data-analysis. Results showed that:
3. On the athlete degree of satisfaction scale of the track and field athletes, they tended to choose “Coach Aspect” instead of “Individual Aspect.” Aspect.” Accordingly, because of the personal trait and the habitual behavior, track and field athletes have different exercise self-efficacy.
4.The result of the canonical correlation analysis of this study indicated that there’s a canonical correlation between sport values and sport commitment. It also showed the positive correlation. The results suggested that the track and field athletes with the better organizational climate would experience the higher sport commitment more easily.
5. As a result, organizational climate and sport commitment can effectively predict the athlete degree of satisfaction.
