Apparently, improper Windows Firewall setting or bad Internet Protocol(IP) network setting can block the messages transfer and files transfer over TCP/IP network protocol. In the computer classroom environment, the collecting experimental data and other course materials is an important task. Therefore, we proposed protocol can tranfer messages and files in any firewall setting as well as Internet Protocol network (IP) setting. The proposed implementation can transfer files and messages via Ethernet conveniently and reliably. We developed Protocol to distinguish among messages and information, and build the entire transmission system. We also introduce mutual authentication between the peers to ensure its legitimacy.
