Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 100 === The sample of this study was among employees of the Taiwan's largest convenience store logistics center. Convenience sampling was conducted to gather information. The objective of this research is to explore the relationship between role conflict and social loafing among the team members. Total distributed 500 questionnaires and 413 of them were returned., The valid response rate is around 82.6%. Descriptive statistics, t test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s test, Pearson’s product moment correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The empirical results showed that role conflict associated with social loafing.
