Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 100 === The purpose of the study is to understand whether the congruence of parenting style between custodian and teachers has effect on students’ emotional management. The students’ gender was taken to be the moderator variable to see whether the congruence of parenting style between custodian and teachers influences children’s emotional management.
Questionaire survey method was applied to probe into the research questions. 610 questionaires were distributed, and 610 questionaires were then collected. Five questionaires were invalid, while the other 605 questionaires were valid. The percentage of retrieve validation is 99%.
The research results showed that:
1.The teacher parenting style has effect on students’ emotional management.
2.The difference of congruence on parenting style between custodian and teachers has effect on students’
emotional management.
3.The congruence and incongruence of parenting style between custodian and teachers has effect on students’
emotional management.
4.In terms of the congruence of parenting style between custodian and teachers, the factor of students’ gender
will not occur moderating effect for emotional management.
