Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 100 === The main purpose of this study was to understand the relationships among coaches’ participation motivation, leadership behavior,and job satisfaction for Tchoukball coaches, to analyze the differences of varied demographic variables on the above three items. The questionnaires were composed of the background of the Tchoukball coaches, and the rating scale of attitude toward participation motivation, leadership behavior and job satisfaction. The subjects of the questionnaires are national Tchoukball coaches. There were 300 questionnaires given out. There were 273 effective questionnaires returned and the probability of usable questionnaire was 91%. The collected data were analyzed with SPSS 12.0 and AMOS structural equation model for descriptive satistics, reliability and validity analysis, independent sample T test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffe comparative method. The findings of this study was as follows: 1. The variable of different background of Tchoukball coaches’ participation motivation cannot the positive correlation except for variable of “age”. 2. The variable of different background of Tchoukball coaches’ leadership behavior cannot the positive correlation. 3. The variable of different background of Tchoukball coaches’ job satisfaction cannot the positive correlation except for variable of “whether coaches possessed physical educational background and school scale”. 4. A positive correlation was found between Tchoukball coaches’ participation motivation and job satisfaction. 5. A positive correlation was found between Tchoukball coaches’ leadership behavior and job satisfaction.
