They can also emphasize the characteristic of modern culture. Cinderella’s glass high heels in the fairy tales are the classics of stories. This research adapted 3 different methods: the questionnaires, interviews and cases studies to research and analyze the wear of high heels. The first questionnaires emphasized on young students, randomly chosen 12 styles of high heels and 9 sets of adjectives. The second questionnaires emphasized on interviewees who have better consuming power and higher social status. The second questionnaires were done in a shoes tradeshow in the world trade center in Taipei 101. It allows the interviewees to describe their impression on numerous high heels and the person who wearing them. The statistics gathered from two questionnaires were analyzed by SPSS with table of frequency distribution and descriptive statistics. The interview part emphasized on the descriptions from point of views of high heel wearers and non high heel wearers. For the part of case study, the results were gathered from a 21 years old lady, Yu, who wears 9cm high heels for 2 months. The results of the analysis are as following: 1.The differences of young and adult interviewees’ favorite parts of admire: feet and faces. 2.All of the interviewees have positive impression on all kind of high heels. 3.The ergonomics designed shoes are the main concern of shoes 4.manufacturers in the future. 5.Wearing high heels is able to adjust wearers’ body shape and postures. It can also increase the beauty of confidence. 6.The high heels sandals, Roman wedge-shape shoes, and high heel boots give the interviewees the impression of sexy and beauty.
