Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 工業工程與系統管理學研究所 === 100 === Recent years, Taiwan''s enterprises have faced the enormous challenges of globalization and rapid technological development due to the rapid development of science and technology, leading to increasingly shortened product life cycle enterprises can only accelerate product development, in order to remain competitive in a highly competitive market ,This study will elect a group with a total salary of the lowest cost combination of multi-skilled worker. This combination is subject to different factors for the selection of project team members, such as professional knowledge, team roles, personal psychological types and so on, and team members can complete the project in the fixed time. This paper using Belbin''s team role theories are evaluated in terms of the claim that high team performance is associated with teams which are balanced in terms of the team roles represented amongst team members and the personality profiling using Myers–Briggs type indicator serves as the basis of assessing each team member’s abilities to work with others. This research helps establish an efficient multifunctional team because every team member will be capable of communicating to each other within the team due to their multifunctional knowledge, team roles, as well as an established good working relationship. It’s helpful about project management.
