This combination is subject to different factors for the selection of project team members, such as professional knowledge, team roles, personal psychological types and so on, and team members can complete the project in the fixed time. This paper using Belbin''s team role theories are evaluated in terms of the claim that high team performance is associated with teams which are balanced in terms of the team roles represented amongst team members and the personality profiling using Myers–Briggs type indicator serves as the basis of assessing each team member’s abilities to work with others. This research helps establish an efficient multifunctional team because every team member will be capable of communicating to each other within the team due to their multifunctional knowledge, team roles, as well as an established good working relationship.
