Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 工業工程與系統管理學研究所 === 100 === For a wafer fab, to decrease the cycle time and lateness is a very important task. But a wafer fab has highly complex process routes, which makes scheduling, capacity planning and due date assignment difficult tasks. A appropriate scheduling policy can improve the performance of scheduling jobs. Therefore, we propose a fusion rule approach to improve the performance of scheduling jobs in a wafer fab. First, based on the concept of slack, we construct the math models of the fluctuation smoothing policy of mean cycle time and the earliest due date. Secondly, we merge these math equations into a single equation. And then, we add an adjustment factor to modify this equation. The result has both characteristics of the fluctuation smoothing policy of mean cycle time and the earliest due date policy. Production simulation is also applied in this study to obtain some data. Finally, according to experimental results, we can evaluate the performance of the proposed methodology.
