All companies are looking for the best balance between cost, quality and lead time to access the best interests, so the lean production has become the mainstream which all companies make use of. To reduce the waste and cost, improve the process and service has become the main purpose of the lean production.
The reason of the serious issues such as climate change, the high cost of petroleum, and serious pollution, is excessive technology development and over production. Besides, the over-production not only increases the profit to the company, but also causes a waste of inventory costs; moreover, the harm from the destruction is even more.
Lean production is the way to enhance the competiveness, if every enterprise could implement and extend to lean consumption and create a win- win situation with consumer, we could make effort to protect the mother earth with our future generations.
