Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 合作經濟學所 === 100 === The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship among participation motivation, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction of the credit union’s full-time staffs, and provide a way to not only encourage the employ staffs but also raise organization’s efficiency for the credit union. The study is based on questionnaire surveys of 158 valid questionnaires out of total 250 issued surveys. The analyzed results are as follows: most of the participants are of 41-50 year-old females. Half of the surveyed respondents have above high school education level, and 80% of respondents have other work experiences, and the pre-employment training staff is about 67%. The average of 70% respondents’ monthly share saving in credit union is less than NT.1000, and 80% of respondents have loans experience with their credit union. Only a few respondents have experience in supervisor positions or as a corporate board member. Full-time staffs identify with social responsibility the most in participation motivation aspect, attitudinal commitment is the most identified with in organizational commitment aspect, and inward satisfaction is the most identified with in job satisfaction aspect. In demographics variables, participation motivation has a significant relation with age, education level, experiences as board member, and participation in training. Organizational commitment has significant relations with age, experience as supervisors, and participation in training. Job satisfaction has significant relation with participation in training only. Participation motivation and organizational commitment positively influence job satisfaction. Thus, the full-time staffs are willing to focus on their duty while they have participation motivation and organizational commitment.
