Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 自動控制工程所 === 100 === The main purpose of this thesis is to record steering wheel angle and pedal dynamic action while driving. Steering wheel and pedal actions, of which signals cannot be retrieved from ECM (Engine Control Module) by CAN (Controller Area Network) BUS, play an important role in component of safety-driving. There have to use sensors to measure the real analog actions of driving behavior. Our research will focus on steering wheel angle and pedal actions, and simulate driving signals then process, record, reconstruct signals and analyze. Sensors are used to simulate the signals of steering wheel rotational angle and displacement of brake pedal. Then high speed ADC (Analog-to-Digital Converter) in micro-chip (C8051F340) is used to detect the analog signals and transfer to digital signals. After getting the signals in digital, we use micro-controller Propeller to save the data to SD (Secure Digital) card by FAT file system and CSV (Comma Separated Values) format with SPI (Serial Peripheral Interface) interface. We design a window interface which can load the CSV files and plot it out for graphs, and then view graphs to observe the driver’s behavior.
