Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 材料與製造工程所 === 100 === Effect of damper parameters including valve numbers N, piston velocity v and vessel pressure p on performance is investigated by experiments. From the results, effect of parameters on damper performance can be found by statistic regression. It is found from experimental results: 1. Increasing piston velocity would help energy dispassion. However, load is also increasing for damper structure. Therefore, life of damper devices about sealing and oil changing time must be reconsidered. 2. Under the same valves number and having lower vessel pressure, as piston velocity being larger, the damping coefficients and stiffness would have different tendency. 3. Increasing valve number will enlarge compress force in compression process. It could perform better loading performance. 4. From statistic regression, regression equation of compress force Fd in compression process and damping force Fc in tension process are obtained. The standard error and force strokes of Fd and Fc are 0.63911 and 5.9712, and 9.5~66 kg and -2~-27.5Kg, respectively. For damping force Fc, parameters effect significance is Vn>Pn>nn. And for compress force Fd, significance is nn>Vn>Pn.
