As to select this type of clinic, it has been through several stages of health insurance reform. It could be test by the management, medical quality and service attitudes for long-term hemodialysis patient’s satisfaction. Because of the different personal attributes, the other investigation of this research for these sampling clinics, divided into urban and rural patterns of renal dialysis Center. According to the analysis of those questionnaire , the satisfaction of regional differences will be figer out. The differences of this study make us to understand the needs of different patients. If there are significant differences between different personal attributes, the hemodialysis Center could start for research or plan for improvement on differences. And Taiwan blood dialysis Center is a mature development, as well as Taiwan hemodialysis patients, who learn how to live after infected and adjust their own mind with professional medical dialysis centre, have highly level of health literacy. This research is a non-random study, for sampling filed, and researching by questionnaire which including patient’s personal information and satisfaction. And the satisfaction has four points: medical environment, patient’s welfare, quality of medical device and service. And through the survey of satisfaction questionnaire to compare different characteristics of patients on medical environment, patient’s welfare, quality of medical device and service , which is the most important dimensions of blood dialysis Center DIM.The quality is the most important dimension on satisfactory quality of hemodialysis Center.Then followed by the satisfaction of medical services, the personal welfare and satisfaction of equipment, and medical environment of hemodialysis room.
