| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 經營管理碩士在職專班 === 100 === This study is that the basic concepts of knowledge management focuses on process in shoes R&D, Further exercise IT platform to know that current situation or operator difficulties in shoes R&D, seek improved ways and according to the conclusions proposed knowledge management implementation in the relevant recommendations in the shoes R&D.
According to the study found that current status of knowledge management exercise in shoes R&D as : Knowledge Management suitable for shoes R&D; Knowledge Management can enhance performance on shoes R&D and reduce cost of shoes development; grassroots staff and development managers have cognitive difference; company scale impact of the promotion of knowledge management on shoes R&D; in Knowledge Management reward and appraisal, IT equipment, in-service training and teaching, evaluation performance system and organization Knowledge Management literacy need to be strengthened. In this study, conclusions based on suggestions for Company B footwear development of related industries.
