Because of the great progress in related technology, and the growth of customers who use internet, VoIP becomes the main tread. Especially, when Skype comp. decides to join, the VoIP with an advantageous software tech is accepted with most customers. But it also makes more competitive in the VoIP industry. How these VoIP companies to make competitive and marketing strategies to get more profits is the main purpose of the thesis. And through the related literatures and the cases study, we find some interesting points as followings: ‧The competitive of VoIP companies always set lower price, and make differences in service to develop various product lines. ‧Because of lots of competitors in the VoIP industry, most companies decide to become one of the market followers or find the niche markets. ‧Most VoIP companies tend to develop various product or service lines, and to keep good relationship with the downstream companies. ‧Most VoIP companies have multi-dimensional promotion strategies to match their varieties in products, including of direct sales and promotion activities on the internet. ‧VoIP companies have stronger bargain powers to the upstream companies, but have weaker bargain powers to their customers for too much competitors in this industry. none none 張國雄 李元恕 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 123 zh-TW
