Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 電子商務碩士在職專班 === 100 === In recent years, an electronic newsletter is a very common way in the Internet marketing strategy. Companies can connect with customers regularly through spreading electronic newsletters. Therefore, the design and the arrangement of electronic newsletters are more important. The purpose of this research is to investigate whether the design of environmental electronic newsletters affect subscribers’ decision and spreading factors by questionnaires and interviews. After further research,the findings in this research indicates that subscribers have certain expectation and needs on electronic newsletters. Thus, the recommendation for the design and the arrangement of electronic newsletters are provided.
