| Summary: | 碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 電子商務碩士在職專班 === 100 === According to the statistical data in 2007, renal disease such as nephritis, nephrotic syndrome, and nephrosis has been listed as the eighth place among the ten leading causes of death in Taiwan; whether in incidence rate or prevalence rate, Taiwan’s ESRD was listed as “number one in the world.” Presently in Taiwan, there are 60, 000 people that accept long-term hemodialysis, and the people are increasing every year; it not only has a grave impact on the health of countrymen, but National Health Insurance’s medical expenditure in dialysis is as high as NTD 30,000,000,000 every year. Therefore, financially, National Health Insurance in the part of dialysis medical treatment faces the serious imbalance problem of income and expenditure. The research explored the caused impact and influence of lowering global budget payment system hemodialysis medical benefit point value on operation of hemodialysis hospitals and clinics, expecting to provide competent authorities as reference of setting medical benefit standards and hemodialysis hospitals and clinics as reference in operation.
The research belonged to qualitative research; through exploratory observation, the research utilized literature review, in-depth interview, and induction as the research methods.
The implementation of National Health Insurance policy is a good fortune for all people in Taiwan. Although the insurance rate varies with status, the medical level that one enjoys is not different because of the status of the insured object. The current dialysis medical benefits are situated at the dark period in financial straits. The government and the industry shall be rational and solve the dialysis medical treatment existence problem in Taiwan together, so as to create the greatest welfare for our people.
