While they are committed to their school, they will have the loyalty, willing to remain in the school, and make big effort on their work. And there will be a significant performance for the school. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among paternalistic leadership, organizational justice and organizational commitment in elementary schools of remote areas in New Taipei City. The methodology adopted in this study is questionnaire. The analyzed data were 777 teachers, the valid questionnaires are 575 and the effective response rate was 74%. According to the pre-test questionnaire, we did the reliability and factor analysis to establish the researching tools’ reliability and validity. After gathering the formal questionnaire, we proceeded the formal testing with using T test, Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis, etc. The following is our findings of study: First, there is high correlation between principals’ paternalistic leadership and teachers’ organizational justice. Second, there is high correlation between principals’ paternalistic leadership and teachers’ organizational commitment. Third, there is high correlation between teachers’ justice and teachers’ commitment. Forth, there are significant differences of teachers’ age, teaching experience, post, location of school and amount of teaching subjects on responses of principals’ paternalistic leadership. Fifth, there are significant differences of teachers’ age, teaching experience, degree of education and post on responses of teachers’ organizational justice. Sixth, there are significant differences of teachers’ sex, age, teaching experience, degree of education, post and amount of teaching subjects on responses of teachers’ organizational commitment.
