However, the current drivers, attractions path planning for the travel time arrived at the various attractions, the path is the shortest path, gas stations, car parks ... consider many factors, has been seeking to save money, save time and purpose, and meet the needs of motorists. Therefore, the use of Telematics Systems (Telematics) to grasp the real-time traffic information, combined with the path of the GPS initial planning and the Floyd-Warshall algorithm improved the path and dynamic tourism path algorithm. This dynamic travel path algorithm can be used to accident, combined with traffic information immediately to avoid the accident locations or congested road, near the second best alternative travel routes, allowing the driver to the same case at the destination can quickly arrive at the destination. In this study, the main three programs study points Jiaosi and Ilan area attractions as the node for experimental verification and analysis. From the three experimental results of error analysis, can be learned in this paper use the Floyd-Warshall algorithm for improved results for the actual travel path of travel time than the travel time of the GPS actual driving, and more close to the GPS forecast initial path of travel time, to allow motorists to better grasp the instant of the road conditions, and can achieve the best driving of Travel Path, so that the total travel time decreased the most.
