Ordered dithering method can simply convert a gray scale image into a halftone image by com-paring pixel values with dither matrix values. Moreover, we divide a halftone image into three types of pixel-pairs through pixel pairing method. We use two types of pixel-pairs as our objects of lossless compression and main sources of capacity. We use the Golomb code to losslessly compress these two types of pixel-pairs information, then embed the result into image to achieve reversibly. Compared to other reversible watermarking methods, our new method provides a higher embedding capacity and still maintains a better visual quality of watermarked image.
