of library in the Fu Jen Catholic University for the part-time workers, based on
the research background and literature review.Part –time worker in the
department of circulation in library of Fu Jen Catholic University, for example,
to design a department of circulation in the library part- time workers to use
Moodle production of online training materials use assessment
“questionnaire-based research tools, and research findings, statistical analysis of
quantitative data.
The results of this study summed up the following:
(1) Moodle is a more profound impression than traditional education and
training Girls agreed to a greater extent than boys.
(2) Most of the Library Circulation pare-time workers working mainly within
four months.
(3) Library circulation part- time workers are the majority of
non-Department of Library and Information Science.
(4) Most of the work flow of students to work part time to maintain more than
12 hours per week students are the students of Division of continuing
education.
(5) A high rate of circulation Part- time workers are satisfied with work in the
library.
(6) Librarian for the influence of part-time workers, the main flow of the work
past service less than one year.
