Description
Summary:碩士 === 華梵大學 === 工業工程與經營資訊學系碩士班 === 100 === In order to keep up with the diversified demand of society, the manufacturing mode of shop floor has being gradually turned from mass production flow shop into less-amount more- variety job shop. Regarding to the job shop with multi-identical machines feature, due to the highly complexity caused by production routes interaction that results in capacity loss and orders delay, this research based on the group technology and machine pooling concepts to develop several heuristic machines -parts assignment methods that transform the shop floor from job shop to cellular manufacturing shop. The results indicate that one of the methods developed in the research performed better on the metrics of mean flow time, bottleneck shifting occurrences, and the degree of order completion than the other developed models and the original un-clustered job shop. The research also developed several modified versions of the better model, and the results shows that through reducing the initial number of order release, changing the buffer selection rule and products partition method, these modified models perform much better in the mean flow time and the WIP level than the un-modified one.
