碩士 === 華梵大學 === 工業工程與經營資訊學系碩士班 === 100 === Although other Asia International airports’ passenger competitiveness rankings are better than Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport, our international airport has top positions in global airport ranking. However, to improve our International airports’ passenger competitiveness plays an important role in our airport. For this reason, our research will take first priority for ACI/ASQ Questionnaire which includes three accesses and six policies for fundamental constructions to get cumulative frequency distribution and maximum and minimum concepts. These data considers some experts’ comments to integrate Fuzzy sets. Finally, by using formula calculates estimative policies for screening thresholds that can help us to get new policies to construct new estimative foundation. Moreover, these policies will offer some comments that what access does Taiwan Taoyuan International Airport need to improve? According to Asia International airports passenger competitiveness estimate policy for fuzzy ratio, under overall satisfaction primary, 「overall satisfaction airport（all passengers）」C1 plays the most important role from this foundation. Under commuting primary, 「hand baggage trolleys are convenient or not?」C4 is more vital factor than others. Under security checking primary, 「Is security staff is complete and comprehensive checking or not? 」C6 policy is our focusing item. Under direction indicator primary, 「whether Aircraft turnaround is convenient or not?」 C9 is the most important role. Under airport service and hardware and software primary, 「whether business lounges are convenient for passenger or not?」 C12 is the critical access we consider. Under airport location and space primary, 「airport industries foundation」 C13 is the crucial factor for this access. Under aviation network density primary, 「the number of flight classes」 C14 is the key point for this item. Under flight punctuality rate primary, 「punctuality rate」 C15 is main factor we consider.The rankings of Asia International airports are as following: first is ICN／RKSI, second is SIN／WSSS, third is KUL／WMKK, forth is HND/RJTT, fifth is TPE／RCTP,sixth is PVG/ZSPD.
