碩士 === 華梵大學 === 哲學系碩士班 === 100 === “Tao Te Ching," is the oldest philosophy classics in China. It is also the most, only second to The Bible in the western era, translated classics in the world. Loazi achieved the Chinese Philosophy History advanced. In his book, “Tao Te Ching," he shows his thoughts by delicate sentences, deeply implications, method of “concessions to gain advantages” and “get positive side from opposite.” Also in his writings, he notified the implications of nature and “Tao” in Atheism Philosophy, replacing the personified sky of traditional divinity. He created the philosophy system that “Tao” is the core field. “Tao” is the metaphysic concept of final existence or main university body. And the original metaphysic is not only the basic root of the beings birth, but also the rule of all-beings' works. It is also the rules that everyone believes and obeys. In Loazi’s thought system of “Tao," the purpose Loazi constructed Tao of philosophy was to contemplate human society, governance issues based on Tao, and was to seek philosophical basis and foundation for human social governance. By this, such a thinking which Loazi applied philosophical way to look at and reflect human social governance issues is the one of modern management philosophy, applied to modern philosophy of governance to reflect Loazi's thought. However Loazi essentially constructed Tao of social governance based on philosophical Tao, Tao of governance is Loazi's purpose and destination, which are essentially the management philosophy of Loazi. Loazi uses “Based on the Tao" and “Morality as the Essence" as his ideal of Management. Insides, by the citizen of action management philosophy, on the opposition of inaction one, he uses "Tao" as the highest principle. And it emerges the spirit of morality by using the principle as the management method. Loazi creates the management method of morality by using tenderness, backing, incompetence, non-argument and self-knowledge, then it makes the effort. From this, it makes people manage themselves by orders, and it is the stage of non-management by non-leadership. For management, non-management is the best management.
