We analyzed the efficiency of monthly energy saving by the written program and record the foundational operation datum in Excel. As the heat generated in the heat pump, the source of heat is water output from secondly iced water pump of main equipment where the water was heated by the cycle of heat transfer in heat pump that the temperature of main equipment can be adjusted in different seasons. This heat generation process can efficiently stabilized the hot water temperature in diesel boiler and reducing the greenhouse gas. During the cooling, the input and output iced water from system flows into the secondly iced water pump in air-condition, and cooperate with the origin air-condition system to adjust the in-door temperature. This can decrease the load of the main equipment of air-condition. On the other hand, secondly iced water pump can be driven and operated in lower load by inverter which causes by change in the differential pressure in pipe during decreasing the flux in the air-condition pipe. The new double-effect heat pump devices use the heat-recycle concept and the operation of heat pump can be adjusted by the different conditions. These designs prevent the equipment shutdown and supply the hot and iced water all day. In the end, we estimated how long the cost recovery of adding the heat pump, the efficiency of the system which cooperate with variable frequency and variable flux pump, and the efficiency of adjusting temperature and reducing load in the main equipment of air-condition. The result of this study can be used in the large-sized medical establishment and relative industries. In the old building, it can replace the origin huge boiler which uses the fuel to heat water, and it can combine with variable frequency and variable flux devices to reduce the fee of power and usage of fuel. This new equipment not only can arrive the goal of energy saving, carbon reduction and cost down but also can be used as reference design of energy saving and carbon reduction.
