碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 宗教學系碩士在職專班 === 100 === The research is a way through in-depth interviews and aims to understand how members from the the Soka Gakkai ,who contact channels, get motivated, and further understand how the members recognize ,feel ,get from their conversion ,take part in the Soka Gakkai ,and encounter the difficulties ,boost in the process of their conversion. Through the integration, we sum up the following results. First of all, the contact channels of the Soka Gakkai conversion are chiefly centered in family. The motivations of the members conversion chiefly include pursuing life meanings, find life reposing. In the process, they encounter difficulties of families’opposition, time adjustment, psychological factor and political factor.The boost of insisting believes are religious experience and members' friendship. Besides, after being converted, members make some changes. For their inner, under the influence of the dogmas, their philosophy of life and viewpoints of associating with people are different from those in the past. For their outward behavior,the initiative become active,the speech expression is temperate and hit it off well with families. After conversion, leaners discover the life value.Be a member of the Soka Gakkai , they feel valuable. Their self-discipline is set to a high standard on their speech and behavior. They achieves guidance of the association to hope more people know the Soka Gakkai.The members think the chief of the Soka Gakkai is an important leader, he also looks like life's teacher ,is a good imitates character.The members are moved at spirit of the senior members to look after members and pay for the organization ,these give members many big inspiration. Finally, the researchers examine the research result and the related theories and integrate them to make a conclusion.
