Using questionnaires included scales of peer relations, teacher-student relations and happiness to evaluate 485 students of the 5th and 6th grade, the survey has 473 valid samples. The data are analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, Pearson’s product-moment correlations, and linear regression in multiple steps. The conclusions are as follows: most students have good relationship with peers and teachers, the 5th grade students have better teacher-student relationships than the 6th grade; girls have stronger relationships than boys; most students feel happy; the better peer and teacher relationships students have, the more happiness students feel. In addition, friendship, anxiety, and support are strong predictors on happiness. According to the results, suggestions are made for improving the life quality of students and future research.
