Summary:碩士 === 玄奘大學 === 國際企業學系碩士在職專班 === 100 === ABSTRACT Today, the declining of company’s competitiveness has caused Taiwan’s economy been marginalized. Therefore, the management and the development of Taiwan’s international logistics center also became harder and harder. By reviewing lots of documents in Taiwan, we lacked for the deeply discussed in analyzing and future trend toward the international logistics center. This study is aimed at the case in “Science Park Logistics Center”, to analyze the key factors of the successful management. This study also used the “SWOT” theory, the “Diamond Model” theory, and the “5 force analysis”, in order to discuss the competitive advantage and the competitive strength of “Science Park Logistic Center”. Then we made use of the Executive Officer’s and the expert’s questionnaires and deep interviews to discuss the “Industry Positioning”, developing strategy, and the future trend of the “International Logistics Center”. According to the study, we made some conclusions as below: 1.“Science Park Logistics Center” is located in “Global Hi-Tech Industrial Park”, our center uses the advanced information system and management technique to make greater efficiency on logistics operations. 2.“Science Park Logistics center” creates advanced warehouse management system and facilities. We plan the transit system and goods allocation, to offer a “Total Solution” to customers, and to strengthen our serve-quality and company’s competitive ability. 3.We make good use of business groups' alliance and strategic alliance to broaden business scope. After that, our sales and earnings will be growing fast. 4.Our future target is to cooperate with the large-sized “International Logistics Providers”, to add service units. We also need to improve value-added service and to educate the professional logistics staffs. Create best logistics and become “The Global Value-added Service Center” & “Supply-chain resources provider”.
