Knowledge management is a concept to collect, to analyze, and to rearrange information to make useless numbers meaningful; we can enlarge the value of the knowledge by sharing and well directing. The specific method using in this research is Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF), which is an application of knowledge management. DoDAF focuses on building common definitions, using mutual information, applying collective measures, and thinking from joint aspects, so the discrepant frameworks become a unified one. Then, we analyze or run the complicated operation is this integrated framework to accomplish the target of this research. By studying, naval vessels are large-sized and comprehensive products, in other words, which mean complicated structure, high technique, long maintaining cycle, and multitudinous components. Because of these characteristic, the navy has a hard time on assigning resources, making maintenance plans, and managing repair projects. To solve the problems, the results of the research suggest that the navy should enhance computerizing, standardizing, rationalizing, and industrializing on the current logistical framework to approach the goal of knowledge sharing, systems integrating, procedures rebuilding, and the cost decreasing.
