So the scope of the study can be locked in the south of imported Japanese brands in the industry as a research object.This study is the evaluation of business strengthes, weaknesses, opportunities, threats, and analyize the positioning and competitive advantage for enterprises, SWOT analysis table lists forklift manufacturers in accordance with the comprehensive SWOT analysistable to develop the competitive strategy for purchases, sales and leasing. According to comprehensive SWOT analysis results indicated that: the advantages and threats of each of seven, opportunities and weaknesses of each three. Comprehensive SWOT analysis results.Recommendations of supply are find supplier from other countries, expect the Government to amend the law to reduce the tariff and relax some restriction of Road safety regulations.Recommendations to Sales are advance Southeast Asian market and transform itself into component manufacturer.Recommendations to lease are Improving conditions of employment,enhance all kinds of maintenance techniques and use new forklifts for leasing.
