Summary: | 碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理學院管理碩士在職專班 === 100 === This research utilizes the method of literature review and expert’s depth interview, to discuss Taiwan enterprise's critical thinking which how to form the investment decision, and to analyze how Taiwan enterprise can set up their operational strategies and tactics continuously, under the uncertainty factors within internal and external environment. It is able to offer the reference for the Taiwan enterprise in Mainland China.
This research points out the Y Company attends the investment in the mainland is depends on the huge business opportunity of domestic demand market, and adopt the market-development strategy; For the Y Company, there are three points to be generalized:
First of all, it is doing job division of producing and sale in the two sides across Taiwan Strait. With both production advantages to make the best product mixes under a cost-effective foundation, in order to meet customer's demands and expand the global taking rate of market.
The second, to build a talent's development plan: Setting up two sides human resources tactics and implementing an operational policy ‘plowing the mainland market’ by the international version of headquarter.
The third, to improve the research and development ability of new technology and products: Using the key concept of the knowledge industry and innovation design to increase added value of traditional products and enhancing the competitiveness.
This result of research is found, Taiwan enterprise in Mainland, should be capable of four critical thinking methods, there are marketing, policy sensitive, two sides job division, and business administration; and which can provide the suggestion when the everything comes together in the perfect timing from evolution of practical investment strategy and managing skill.
