Human values are considered as the foundation for any organization. The purpose of this study is to first determine the influence of human values and to also examine whether the knowledge and the skills of the employees of the Haitian banking sector match their productivity. To gather the data, a web based survey was conducted. A total of 44 respondents, in six banks (private, state and foreign) completed the survey. The findings of the study showed that the organization’s productivity is positively related to its human resources management. The findings also showed that the employees’ skills and abilities contribute to the growth of organizations, in particular the banking sector. The implications and directions for further research were also addressed. Paula Tomsett 2012 學位論文 ; thesis 80 en_US
