Therefore, this qualitative research study-depth interviews with nine of access within a year of nursing experience for new departure, and the sociology of gender perspectives and work analysis to explore the cause nurses to leave the experience is how the impact by gender. In this study, the first side from the beginning the system of care and the workplace, from the National Health Insurance on the implications of care, point of view of occupational segregation by gender analysis of sex in occupational segregation in the play''s influence and bring pressure on nursing staff . Next, enter the actual work situation of nurses to gender-based organizational structure and physical labor to discuss nurses during working hours, job content by the exploitation and oppression. Finally, places are discipline nurses and nurse-patient relationship between the body and medical disputes arising out of emotional labor to explore, to explore how gender is affecting the public on the care of role expectations, and thus control their emotional labor and care industry outlook. Ultimately, the research shows that all of the above lead to the experience of nurses leaving the structure and operation by interlocking interwoven, and this is all kinds of unfair treatment and oppression, resulting in the disappointment of care nurses , leaving a final set foot on the way.
