Researchs on educational management reform have explored the different leadership styles of elementary school principals and the relationship between the psychological contract of teachers and organizational performance. This study aims to provide more thorough understanding of the current status of educational institutions in a modern time period. By systematic sampling method, the results showed that principals' leadership style has a positive impact on the psychological contract of teachers, and the psychological contract of teachers has a positive impact items on the organizational performance, However the principals' leadership style and organizational performance have a negative effect.
