碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士在職專班 === 100 === The main structure of Taiwan’s economy rely on small and medium enterprises from traditional industry, but they are facing a very difficult time and challenges recently due to the trend of globalization, trade liberalization and economic cooperation which accomplishes worldwide factory and brings the low margin age. The Fastener which earns a world-wide fame in Taiwan and with best-known technology and marketing skill. But it’s unfortunate as it conservative and can’t break-through from the destiny of OEM. Under facing the environment of sudden change and fast development, The Fastener industry must carry out the industry to be innovated and research for new filed. It must depends on education courses from school to promote and encourage the thinking of new age. That would be helpful to keep inherent traditional culture and enhance the root of enterprise from producing study. Therefore small and medium firms have to be forced to make change. Products value added is a must do for traditional industry. Creativity and innovation are essential for sustainable development. Enterprises are able to explore new market with innovation blue ocean strategy to avoid cost down competitions and practice creativity to lead the outstanding performance. Most economists agree that the entrepreneurial spirit is an essential factor in stimulating economic growth and increasing employment opportunities. Successful small and medium enterprises are creating employment opportunities, increasing revenue and reducing poverty which is the main driving force for developing countries. So that supporting entrepreneurship from government is an important key strategy to overall economic development.
