| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士在職專班 === 100 === This study tries to construct the selection indicators for mobile application (App) suppliers. First, this study is base on Information System Success Model. It furthermore combines property of App, user requirement and Resource Dependence Theory to build basic indicators. Next, modified the research structure by Perceived Value. Then, the spirit of the Quality Function Deployment combined with Modified Delphi Method, the basic indicators are modified according to the suggestions provided by 15 experts by questionnaires. Lastly, this study proposed 4 dimensions: “information quality”, “system quality”, “service quality” and “perceived value”, with 40 evaluation indicators. In order to explain how to use the indicators to evaluate App suppliers, the example, “Mobile Kaohsiung” is provided in this study as well. The findings of this study could become guidelines for enterprises to evaluate App suppliers. Furthermore, App service providers can know more about what users and enterprises expect and then adjust the function for their future design.
