Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 化學工程與材料工程系 === 100 === Over the years, a variety of surgical interventions have been used to remove localised fat deposits including suction-assisted lipoplasty, ultrasound-assisted liposuction, and power-assisted liposuction. The study on semiconductor LASER(Light Amplification by Simulated Emission of Radiation) has been of wave length is 808nm at rats . The power was 0.2w、0.4w、0.6w、0.8w、1.0w、1.2w for 30 minutes .The lipolysis of quality was 0.0121g、0.0620g、0.1020g、0.1305g、0.1525g、0.1958g. After laser lipolysis on the chosen adipose tissue of experimental animals , we inspected animal 's physiological conditions and side effects by eyes . After examination , the tested animal was taken for pathological examination, slice staining , Karl-Fischer water analysis ,Acid value, Iodine value, Peroxides value and Gas chromatography . The lipolysis by wave length 808nm is safely.
