Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 化學工程與材料工程系 === 100 === Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and polyethylene glycol methyl ether (PEGME) blend gel polymer electrolytes (GPEs) were prepared with propylene carbonate (PC) and lithium perchlorate (LiClO4). The influence on proportion of polymers (PAN/PEGME) and the concentration of lithium salt for the GPEs were investigated. The GPEs were characterized through Fourier-Transfer Infrared (FT-IR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), AC impedance, differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). FT-IR spectra showed that the lithium ion interacts with the unpaired electrons on the GPEs. And indicated that the EO segments can improve the dissociation of lithium salt. XRD studies showed that the GPEs formed were amorphous. The conductivity measured by AC impedance reached a maximum of 4.16x10-3 S cm-1 for PAN-PEGME-PC-LiClO4 (80-20-100) doped with LiClO4 400 mg/g polymer at 363 K. The ionic conductivity of conductivity was found to increase with an increase of LiClO4. The temperature dependence on ionic conductivity for GPEs was following the Vogel-Tamman-Fulcher (VTF) relationship. DSC used to study the thermal behaviors of different PAN/PEGME compoitions. TGA showed that the GPEs have good thermal stability.
