Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 化學工程與材料工程系 === 100 === Abstract This study is focused on physical and chemical properties for hazardous waste incineration bottom ash, and also to explore the relation of different partical size and distribution characterization of heavy metals by using total amount of heavy metal and TCLP analysis. It could provide the related industry to modify recovery product, screening treatment process, and use classification for future reference. In addition to high water absorption, incineration bottom ash is similar to natural sand for the result of physical property. Heavy metal content of Cu and Pb is mainly distributed in the particle size of 2.38 mm or more, while As and Cr distribution in the smaller particle size. Although heavy-metal distribution characterization is little difference between the TCLP test and the total analysis, however, the leaching heavy-metal concentrations of TCLP test are much lower than the control standards. The results found that hazardous waste incinerator bottom ash is high water absorption and some heavy-metal content exceeds soil control standards. Therefore, the addition of incineration bottom ash used as an aggreagate should be further explored to confirm the durability of product and long-term environmental friendliness.
