Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 100 === This thesis studies the structure and principle of neutral point clamped inverter, and analyzes the performance of four modulation methods (level-shifted sinusoidal pulse width modulation, third harmonic injection level-shifted sinusoidal pulse width modulation, double signal modulation, space vector modulation) in controlling the neutral point clamped inverter. The fault phenomenon is studied when the inverter unexpectedly failed during normal operation, and a fault diagnosis system is proposed. Refered to the reconfiguration of the circuit, a fault tolerance strategy can be used to maintain the inverter in continuous working. In the end, the fault diagnosis and tolerance systems are implemented in Matlab/Sinulink software. From the simulation results illustrate that the diagnosis system can get correct effect for fault identification. Moreover the fault tolerance strategy can keep the inverter continuous operation in three phase balance when it is operated under partial load.
