Application of civil engineering are not common because the high cost. This research development a Six-Rotor UAV Helicopter (M6UAV) and application to site investigation for three-dimensional model. Can immediate carry out image photographed, processing and analysis. And then, keep abreast state of play. Today, three-dimensional modeling has become the subject of a highly cost-effective , Three-dimensional model of the demand is increasing day by day, In this study, choice the PhotoModeler Scanner (PMS) software to build three-dimensional model, before aerial photography proceed calibration using this software,too, after experiment site investigation proceed set up and obtain the coordinates of the control points and check points by using total station, then proceed aerial photography on M6UAV, and generate the target point cloud on PMS software.And then, PMS three control points and Wolf(2000) the seven-parameter execute 3-D conformal coordinate transformation to obtain origin point cloud absolute coordinate. Then, point cloud absolute coordinate converge to ArcGIS proceed experimental area various terrain information analysis, integration, computing and overlay. The confirmation result showed the voluntarily research and development six rotors was achieved demand of the aviation photography. Especially, in the market, this six-rotor UAV is cheaper than the other types within the same standard. May use the non-metric digital single lens reflex camera to be possible achieve the labor site investigation senate uses precision, even more precise high accuracy terrain parameter value. In addition, after hoped again improves the endurance question. The expectation can apply in the natural disaster prevention, bridge inspection, environmental pollution detection, river forest observation and coast guard.
