In this study, the powerful Fluent software package was used to simulate, analyze and slove both the flow and temperature fields and the heat transfer in the enclosure. The research focuses on adding different concentrations of nanofluids in a square cavity, and the square cavity space defined as the left wall is hot wall, right wall is the cold wall, the rest on the lower wall are adiabatic wall. the size of the heat source is of H and the heat sink on the right wall with different positions and sizes. The two horizontal walls, top and bottom, are kept adiabatic. The governing parameter Ra, with value of Ra=104 to 106, the strength of natural convection depends on the Rayleigh number (Ra), the concentrations of nanofluids from 0% to 5%, the flow and temperature fields and the numerical results compared, to simulation and research different concentrations of nanofluids heat transfer efficiency.
