Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 機械與精密工程研究所 === 100 === In this study is aim at the research and evaluation into the welding process of bi-metal screws. Using as Austenitic Stainless Steel (SUS-316) and Martensitic Stainless Steel (SUS-410) in the experiment take the cold forming steps on the screw head and tip point individually, and then welded by three different methods of Friction Welding, Resistance Welding and Laser Welding. Comparing and analyzing their Appearance, Mechanical Properties, Heat-affected zone(HAZ) and Microstructure after welding. In the result, the mechanical properties are all in accord with the requirements. Friction Welding is the best on appearance, next is Resistance Welding, there are more problems on Laser Welding; The HAZ of Friction Welding is smaller and lower hardness; Resistance Welding and Laser Welding, which HAZ are quite centralized and hardness are significantly higher than Friction Welding, are similar between each other. Without considering about the equipment costs and production efficiency, in this case, results show that the welding method of bi-metal screws is suggested using Laser Welding, which can not only reduced the time and process, but also reduced the costs. However, if using Laser Welding on the combination of dissimilar screws, the techniques and data will be needed to deeply research and explore continuously.
