| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 模具工程系 === 100 === This study is focus on the process that begins from the wax mould testing to succeeding to produce. In this whole process, to finding what step on it is influence this casting the most. And finding the optimization of those data out.
The Shrinkage of wax, dipping the thick liquid and casting are the key procedure of this study. The dimension is affected by the difference of location, thickness of part, and relative position of gates.
The purpose of this study is according with these different factors to try to find the parts to achieve an acceptable range of qualified. Injection, dipping, pouring casting, these three processes affect the size of the casting deformation process. My experiment and research is focus on the change in these three processes and analysis the factors to get the optimization process of this castings.
