Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄應用科技大學 === 模具工程系 === 100 === With the development of high-power LED to reduce the cost and number of LED used in backlight module and solve hot spot and scattering issues, in this paper, molecular dynamics (MD), a computer simulation of physical movements of atoms and molecules, was adopted to design the microstructure of light guide plate. VBA (visual basic for application) language was also used to control and achieve the optimization of the dot pattern design. Divide light guide plate into several grid sections first, and optimize the grid density for each grid section. According to repulsive force of molecular dynamics, smooth the grid density between sections to section and prevent optical defect around grid boundaries. Some approaches, such as cell division, r-cut(variable r-cut), reflective boundary condition and force average was involved to create the randomly grids.
